Preliminary Crushing
Break large raw ore lumps into small particles
Calcium carbonate coarse crushing is the first step in the deep processing of calcium carbonate ore. Large-particle-size raw ore is fed into coarse crushing equipment such as jaw crushers, and crushed into small-particle materials with uniform particle size that meet the feeding requirements of subsequent fine grinding processes. Common coarse crushing equipment features a simple structure, stable operation and high crushing ratio, making it suitable for the large-scale processing of calcium carbonate ore.

Grinding & Classification
Grinding to a sufficient fineness with precise screening
After coarse crushing, the particles enter specialized equipment such as ball mills and are ground to 1-10 microns by grinding media. Meanwhile, an air classifier is used for separation based on the different settling velocities of the particles, ultimately producing qualified products with uniform particle size that directly meet downstream processing standards.

Calcium carbonate particles after classification are subjected to surface coating or activation treatment with materials such as stearic acid and coupling agents.
