Process Flow and Description of Talc Powder Impact Crushing System

(I) Process Flow Materials are uniformly fed into the crushing chamber by screw quantitative feeding from the buffer silo, thrown onto the liner plate in an instant under strong centrifugal force, and subjected to intense impact with the high-speed rotating crushing disc. Meanwhile, driven by centrifugal force, the materials collide with the crushing gear ring and are rapidly crushed under the combined action of shearing, friction, collision and other forces. (I) Process Flow

Materials are uniformly fed into the crushing chamber by screw quantitative feeding from the buffer silo, thrown onto the liner plate in an instant under strong centrifugal force, and subjected to intense impact with the high-speed rotating crushing disc. Meanwhile, driven by centrifugal force, the materials collide with the crushing gear ring and are rapidly crushed under the combined action of shearing, friction, collision and other forces. The crushed materials move to the classification zone with the air flow, and the separation of coarse and fine materials is completed by the frequency-conversion regulated classifier wheel. The products meeting the fineness requirements are collected by the cyclone collector and dust collector along with the air flow, while the coarse materials return to the classification zone for secondary impact crushing, forming a closed-loop production to ensure uniform product particle size.

(II) Process Description

  1. Process Design: The system adopts an automatically controlled impact mechanical crushing system with processes in line with international advanced standards. The equipment is specially designed based on the practical operation of the production line, all manufactured at designated domestic factories in accordance with German standards, with key components produced by foreign-invested enterprises. The system features a clear process route, good stability, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient equipment operation and maintenance, and high cost performance. With a compact design, the system can minimize building scale and peripheral equipment, improving system stability and environmental performance. The entire production line is controlled by PLC and operated via computer, and can be flexibly adjusted according to user requirements.
  2. Overview: Whether users use existing factory buildings or build new ones, we will provide professional suggestions on factory area planning. Only main equipment is marked on the flow chart, and a detailed process description as well as pipeline size parameters will be provided after the final equipment layout drawing is confirmed.

IV. Description of Main Equipment and Production Line Configuration

(I) Core Equipment: CSM-VZ Crusher

This equipment is manufactured with exquisite craftsmanship by Jacan in accordance with the drawings and technical requirements of a German company, with the following core performance features:
  • High-precision vertical classification rotor for precise control of product particle size;
  • Frequency-conversion controlled classification for flexible adjustment to obtain the ideal particle size;
  • Adopting world-advanced tungsten carbide surfacing wear-resistant crushing blocks with a long service life;
  • The entire system adopts negative pressure crushing, featuring low dust, low noise and a clean and environmentally friendly production process;
  • Equipped with PLC and touch screen for automatic control, reducing human interference and ensuring stable product quality.
