  1. 1 Set of CSM Grinding Classifier: Made of 304 stainless steel with internal and external polishing (surface roughness Ra<0.8μm) and sealed with silicone gaskets. Equipped with a 7.5kW grinding motor, driven by belt pulleys and anti-static V-belts. It includes 1 set of high-wear-resistant bearings, 1 set of 304 stainless steel grinding hammers and 1 set of grinding gear rings. The classifying impeller undergoes ultra-high-speed dynamic balance treatment, matched with a 1.5kW classifying motor supporting variable frequency speed regulation. It also features an air-cooled structure and a 304 stainless steel water-cooling jacket for effective temperature reduction. The equipment stand is fitted with pulleys for easy movement.
  2. 1 Set of Screw Feeder: Made of 304 stainless steel, with quantitative and uniform screw feeding and adjustable feeding rate. Powered by a 0.37kW motor and equipped with a 20L hopper to ensure stable and uniform feeding.
  3. 1 Set of Cyclone Separator & Collector: Made of 304 stainless steel with internal and external polishing (surface roughness Ra<0.8μm), perfectly matched with the system air volume for high collection efficiency. Equipped with 1 manual valve and a 20L material tank for convenient material collection.
  4. 1 Set of MB20 Pulse Dust Collector: Made of 304 stainless steel with a filtration area of approximately 20 square meters. Adopting PE laminated polyester needle felt and a DMK pulse instrument, it realizes automatic pulse jet cleaning, with dust emissions meeting national environmental protection standards. It comprises functional components such as a casing, pressure bin, tube plate and solenoid valve, 1 set of laminated polyester filter bags, and 1 manual butterfly valve.
  5. 1 Set of Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan: Made of carbon steel, equipped with an integral support and manual air damper, powered by a 2.2kW motor to provide stable air support for the entire system.
  6. A Complete Set of Connecting Pipes and Supports: Parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel with internal and external polishing (surface roughness Ra<0.8μm), connected by clamps for easy disassembly, assembly and equipment maintenance.
  7. 1 Set of Automatic Control Cabinet: Displays key parameters such as current, voltage and speed in real time, with program control for automatic jet cleaning of the pulse dust collector. Equipped with all necessary Chint brand electrical components including frequency converters, protectors and circuit breakers, as well as a manual operation station for standalone drive operation during maintenance, ensuring convenient and safe operation.
